Body In Touch Course


Graduate to a new level of physical and emotional freedom by getting in touch with your body. You will learn to master your body from deep inside and experience the influence you have on every cell in your body and every level of your consciousness. You will be introduced to a pleasurable regime that approaches physical freedom through body awareness in a half hour daily routine that combines: self-body massage, self-reflexology, stretching exercises, strength development, deep breathing techniques and intentional meditation.

You will be introduced to a program, whereby, you will learn how to attain a strong, supple, well toned, fit body right in your own home, by devoting 30 minutes each day.

Self-body massage - (The practice of applying pressure to the soft tissues of the body, including muscles, connective tissue, tendons, ligaments and joints, to achieve amazing results. This form of massage can relieve psychological stress, improve circulation and relieve tension.)

Self- reflexology of hands and feet – (Reflexology reduces stress and induces deep relaxation, improves circulation, cleanses the body of toxins and impurities, balances the system, and revitalizes energy).

Stretching exercises (Keeps the body limber and supple).

Simple strength training exercises. (Help to raise metabolism. Muscle burns more calories than fat, so the more muscle you have, the more calories you’ll burn all day long. This strengthens bones, Increases muscular endurance, especially important for women. Also helps avoid injuries increasing confidence and self-esteem while improving coordination and balance.)

Breathing techniques. (Correct breathing is essential for sustaining life and cleansing inner body. By learning specific breathing techniques overall mental and physical health will be improved. Oxygen plays a vital role in the circulatory and respiratory system. Oxygen purifies our blood by removing poisonous waste products circulating throughout our blood systems. Irregular breathing hinders this process.

Intentional Meditation
You will learn how to formulate affirmations and how to apply intensity of feeling to visualizations coupled with an emotions releasing technique.

There is no time required traveling to a gym or to health practitioners and no added expense for special clothing or equipment. It can be done in a small space, much of it in bed before you arise in the morning, or out of doors in nice weather
This program requires one vital ingredient to assure success: Commitment to consistency.
If you have had difficulty in sticking to other programs long enough to achieve the desired results, this program includes a method whereby you will learn the self-discipline it takes to feel great, look good and be well..

Diane Sheehan recently taught the Body –In -Touch course for Continuing Education at Brock University. It was comprised of a series of procedures that she has done consistently every morning for many years taking only a minimum of time and effort. It mostly takes place in bed upon awakening. She feels this program definitely contributes to her feeling of well being and to her continuing health without medication of any kind.
It is Diane Sheehan’s intention to share this program on a wider scale so that others might enjoy life in a faster lane long into their advancing years enabling them to die young at a very old age.
